We don't have any plans for a book on Outlook 2007 at this time.
I'm not sure why the author's chose not to cover Outlook in the Office 2007 Missing Manual.

Thank you for posting. We were looking to keep the book streamlined and concise and therefore decided not to cover Outlook.
