Will buying Natural Language Processing with Python as an ebook qualify me for an upgrade to the second edition when it launches in March

I would like to buy this http://shop.oreilly.com/product/97805..., as an ebook

But there's a second edition coming out in March 2016. Will I get an upgrade to the second edition? I'm happy to pay for the privilege but I don't want to buy the book twice, of course.
