I have ordered (and paid) "Learning Lightroom 6/CC" - I received the confirmation mail, telling me that I can download the product from my account.
The product is there, but not all the videos are available for download.
I don't think having done something wrong - why doesn't it work as it should?

2. If you did that and it’s stuck on “Authenticating...”, check to see if you are blocking something using the following programs: Ghostery, noScript, or AdBlock Plus.
Are you on a corporate network with strict security settings?
Any special Firewall settings?
If you are using Chrome, you will need to allow cookies from 3rd party sites and be set from oreilly.janrainsso.com. and janrain.sso.com, and it *should* work for you.
