why do I only see / can I only download the "free" videos?

I have ordered (and paid) "Learning Lightroom 6/CC" - I received the confirmation mail, telling me that I can download the product from my account.
The product is there, but not all the videos are available for download.

I don't think having done something wrong - why doesn't it work as it should?

    Try these troubleshooting steps here to access your videos:1.If you're only seeing free segments, click “Sign In” at the top right of the page.  

    2. If you did that and it’s stuck on “Authenticating...”, check to see if you are blocking something  using the following programs: Ghostery, noScript, or AdBlock Plus. 
    Are you on a corporate network with strict security settings?
    Any special Firewall settings?

    If you are using Chrome,  you will need to allow cookies from 3rd party sites and be set from and, and it *should* work for you. 

    You may also try clearing cache and cookies from your browser. If none of this works, please send a screenshot of your JavaScript console from the browser to  so we can ask our IT staff to look at it.
