which audio recorder

I need a recorder for primarily voice.would love to plug in mic if you think built in mics are inferior.what is your recommendation? Monty Jett

Hi Monty,

Have you checked out our portable digital audio recorder comparison chart? The chart gives you an overview of a bunch of recorders and links to in-depth reviews of each of them.

If you want to get some personalized recommendations, you might be able to get a good response in our Audio forums.
