What menu is the top menu?

In Dreamweaver cs6, The missing manual on page 67, item 9 it says "From the top menu select "Tag(redefines an HTML element)". I don't know which menu is called the top menu and I do not see "Tag(redefines an HTML element)" anywhere. Where is it?

  • Hi Al,

That is a little confusing, the way it's worded. Basically, the author is referring to the New CSS Rule window, which is mentioned in the paragraph before step 9.
He is referring to the top drop-down menu in that window, where you select "Tag(redefines an HTML element)"

To see a picture of that New CSS Rule window, check out Figure 1-33 on page 76.
The drop-down menu in that figure is set to Class, but that's what you change to "Tag(redefines an HTML element)" in Step 9.

    I hope that helps,
