What ebook format can I read on iPad, iPhone or laptop, and how do I make it available on all 3?

Can I download an ebook that I can read either on my laptop, my iphone, or my wife's ipad? Or is there one format that works with all 3?
Thanks

  • I use the kindle app and iBooks to read my ebooks. The easiest way set your account up to automatically send your ebooks to dropbox and/or kindle so you can access them from all three devices.

One handy feature with the kindle app is that it syncs which page you are on which makes swapping between devices a piece of cake.

    I hope this helps.

  • Hello David,

I'd be happy to help. The ePub format can be easily used on an iPad, iPhone or a Windows based PC. If you do happen use it on the PC please download Adobe Digital Editions here: http://www.adobe.com/products/digital... as this will enable you to read the ePub. Also, the PDF can be read on all 3 devices as well, but ePub works well with Apple products. O'Reilly ebooks are DRM-free so you can download them on any of your devices for your personal use. Hope this helps and have a great day!
