What cookies are required by Safari Books Online?

I run Firefox 4 with the NoScript and Permit Cookies extensions. I've allowed *.safaribooksonline.com, *.oreilly.com, *.bvdep.com, and *.2o7.net in both, but Safari Books keeps giving me the "A browser setting that enables cookies is required to process your request. Please change your browser preferences to allow cookies." message. I've tried logging in with another browser to determine what cookies are set, but as far as I can tell, I'm not missing any. Help?

EDIT: Actually, the MySafari tab and books seem to be loading fine, it's just clicking on the logo in the upper left-hand corner to go to the home page and the site help pages that seems to be affected.

  • Hi Brodie,

I've attached an image of the cookies Safari Books Online requires.

it looks as if you've already allowed all the correct cookies, so this probably will not help you resolve the issue. If not, please contact our Tech Support department at:
