The term Web 2.0 became notable after the first O'Reilly Media Web 2.0 conference in 2004 and suggests a new version of the World Wide Web; reflecting changes in the way software developers and end-users utilize the Web.
Defining and qualifying the most popular websites promoting Web 2.0 depends on the users criteria, interests and each person will have their own subjective opinion.
