I'm writing to suggest that you either reconsider advertising your USPS Priority Mail shipping option as actually being Priority Mail, or have a talk with your shipping contractors. According to my shipping confirmation, my book was received for shipping by a post office in Bellmawr NJ on 3/5. It's due to arrive at my house in Philadelphia PA on 3/9. That's four days to ship an item ten miles, and that's Priority Mail? Have a look: delivery tracking #9102969005355707699244.
It's not a big deal for me this time, but it does make my buying experience a little bumpier than what I'm accustomed to from O'Reilly.

Hi Ted,
I'm sorry to hear that delivery is slow on your order. This does sound strange, so I'll forward this info to our operations group to look into. Also, I've added the ebook to your account, so you can access it now while you're waiting for your delivery. You can download the ebook at https://members.oreilly.com/account/emedia.
I hope that helps. Thanks for writing us so that we can look into this.
Kind Regards,
Rachel James

We hate to disappoint you and greatly value our loyal customers.
We are going to expedite a copy of the book to you.
We do try to make sure our fans know that shipping is sometimes not what we would want it to be by including this text on our shipping page:

Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days.
We hope you are really pleased with your book and our service.

Actually, don't bother expediting the book. The projected delivery date was wrong, and the book arrived. Thanks for the quick and generous responses.
