    I show that UPS was able to get this issue sorted out and that your book was delivered yesterday. However, it appears they left it on your doorstep. Did you receive the book?

  • I don't understand why UPS can't find my address. A lot of companies ship via UPS and every time I receive a package by UPS, I either have to call or go pick up the package. My address is listed as follows: 505 W. 2nd Ave Lot 21, Easley, SC 29640. I just moved to this residence this year and trust me, the place is old. So there is not the question of this being a new area. The problem for UPS seems to become a issue once they arrive onto W. 2nd Ave. There is a street named Frances St. that the driver has to make a left hand turn onto and on the right hand side, there are three homes #21 is the thrd home. I had nothing to do with the address being labeled this way, but I cringe every time that I discover that UPS is the shipping company because I have to go through this ordeal EVERY TIME!!! I am expecting a package right now as we speak, and nothing!!! Is there any way you can help? tracking # for this package is 1ZIWR5950336312603.

  • I never received two packages from UPS. They said the items were delivered to me, but must have been stolen. I know I was home at the
    time of the attempted so called delivery, because I don't work.
    I think the packages were mistakenly left at the wrong address. UPS doesn't think so. As a result, I now have to be at home to sign for any packages
    sent to me. I still maintain it was their mistake, but they refuse to admit
    their wrongdoing.

  • I don't understand why ups couldn't find my street address today? I've ordered lots of stuff online before and used ups for my delivery option,and I've never have had a problem receiving my packages. They've always seemed to find my address before...so why all of a sudden today the ups delivery person couldn't find my place?
    I think it's really unfair that I've paid for a certain delivery date & there's no refund for them delivering late! ups emailed me telling me the sender gave them the wrong address,which is not true! They have the right street address...whoever the delivery person was,it's their fault!
