I'm having problems with PayPals working with my O'Reilly account.
No transactions register. I get no feedback. It appears as if I never made a purchase. My Shopping Cart remains unaffected.
I was buying eBooks on May 4th. I wanted to take advantage of the BUY 3 eBooks & GET 3 eBooks FREE deal. However, The COUPON CODE MBBGS wouldn't discount my purchases. It still was reflecting the 50% OFF SALE that was suppose to expire on the 3rd of May.
I was signed into my account which I verified repeatedly. This website is the only site I've been having difficulty with web transactions. I'm using a laptop with an Intel i7 microp running Windows 8.
3.) Last time I purchased eBooks they wouldn't showup in my library. This was fixed in a very quick and professional manner.
I was so impressed with your service and reputation through the years I've worked in IT that I came back to purchase more eBooks. But, there seems to be some sort of problem glitching my purchases.
