I’m unsure

Tracking numbers don't seem to be correct.

According to my order page, my physical book was shipped yesterday. There is a tracking number next to it, and when I click on it google returns a choice; it could be a USPS or a FedEx number. Unfortunately, when I click on either, they both end up with the same result: neither USPS nor FedEx recognize the tracking number. Aside from e-mailing orders@, which I have done (but they won't be back until Monday, it seems), what else can I check to see where my book might be?

  • Hello Donovan,

I'd be happy to help. If you choose to ship your book USPS then you aren't provided a tracking number, but are given a number that you can use on the USPS website to see the packages progress through the various post offices. FedEx is not an option to ship through O'Reilly, but you can ship using UPS which will give you a tracking number that will give better information on where your order is.

You should receive our book by the 20th, and if you don't please contact us so we can work with you on getting you your book. If you need anything else please let me know.

    Best regards,
