http://www.xml.com/pub/a/tools/ruwf/c... not working. URLs or XML snippets pop open a new, empty document.
Firefox 3.6.16 and IE on WinXP.
Sorry for the delay in responding to you. Can you tell me please if that website is related to one of the books we publish? And if so which one is in reference to?
To better answer your question I will also need page # and exercise number as well.
I need this information so I can get the case over to one of our booktechs so that they can research a possible cause and fix for you. If they can't answer it, they would be able to escalate your issue to the author or editor of the book to get a more definitive response for you.
Customer Service Rep,
The site is xml.com and it has O'Reilly logos all over it.
It is supposed to be a tool to check XML. You give it a url or paste code into it.
Please visit the link - it will make sense if you just do that. Get some XML and paste it in there and look at the results.
No page # or exercise number required.
Thanks for letting us know about the problem with this xml.com resource. I'm sorry that it's not working. We'll take a look to see if we can get this fixed.
In the meantime, I'd recommend using one of the W3C's validators, like http://www.w3schools.com/xml/xml_validator.asp or http://validator.w3.org/.
Thanks again for letting us know.
