Request for Text and Instructor Materials

I'm an instructor at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. I'm in the Information Technologies Division and will be teaching our Web Programming course ITD 1353 section NT1 this fall. This is the first time that I will be teaching this course in a few years. Since I taught this course last, the faculty that have taught this course selected your text, Head First HTML with CSS & XHTML. Freeman, Eric; Freeman, Elisabeth.

I am writing to request a copy of the text and any other materials or web sites that instructor materials might be housed in order for me to set this course up for the fall.

You may send this to my campus address:

Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, Okmulgee
Information Technologies Division
Attn: Daniel D. Claborn
1801 East Fourth Street
Okmulgee, OK 74447

My campus phone extension is (918) 293-4780.

Thank you and I look forward to using your text and materials in my course this fall.

    Hi Daniel,
We ask that all desk or review copy requests go through our Academic Request form which you can find here:
You'll need to be logged into your account to complete the form. If you don't have one,
you can create one by going here: and clicking "Join Now"

Educators in North America may request up to two books per semester at no charge. Examination and desk copies are subject to the approval of our Customer Service. If you would like to request more than two books please contact Customer Service by sending email to:

If the request is for a review copy, we provision you with an ebook that the instructor can download and go through to determine if it will suit the needs of the class. If you select a desk copy, and the book has already been adopted we send a printed copy of the text.

Books will be sent via ground shipping to a university or school street address. Please allow two weeks for delivery (though usually it does not take that long for us to process your request.)

If you have any further questions or require further assistance,
    You can contact us at:
    1-707-827-7019 (outside the USA)
    7:30 am to 5:00 PST
