I’m frustrated

Refund Email - No Reply?

I've emailed them twice about a refund and have yet to get a response. Will they reply to my email?

    I see both of your refund requests here, and I will respond to them right away. We're not staffed on the weekends and are unable to respond to emails then. Our customer service department hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time .
