I recently purchased Mathematica Cookbook by Sal Mangano and have begun reading it. Very quickly it became obvious to me that something was missing. Throughout the text Sal make reference to his various Recipes, i.e. (Recipe 1.1 & 1.2), but nowhere are there labels to indicate which code segments he is referring to.
I suspect these references were forgotten, or dropped in setting up the book for print.
I would hope you add them in future editions of the book as they are very important to provide coordination between the text and the code.

Well, Well, Well.... The lightbulb is growing brighter... What it looks like that Sal is calling 'Recipes' are really the Chapter Sections in the book. A matter of symantics.... but it would be nice if the book called attention to this usage in the "Conventions Used....." section of the book
