Would you consider adding a provisional table of contents for early release books?
I know appreciate the contents would be subject to change, but I find the rubric you provide on early release books is too vague about what exactly the book will contain, and it just seems a waste of everyone's time to buy the early release just to request a refund once it is published.

Last week we started rolling out this feature. You can see an example of an Early Release book with a Table of Contents here: http://shop.oreilly.com/product/06369...
If you give me the name of the book you're interested in, I can find out when the TOC for it will be available.
I expect that most of the Early Releases currently for sale will have TOCs in place by the end of this week.
EMPLOYEE0I checked on this one, and it's in our queue. The page should be updated in a few days.
But here's the current Table of Contents. The Early Release includes the first 5 chapters:
2. Understanding Agile Values
3. The Agile Principle
4. Scrum and Self-Organizing Teams
5. Scrum Planning and Collective Commitment
6. XP and Embracing Change
7. XP, Simplicity, and Incremental Design
8. Lean, Eliminating Waste, and Seeing the Whole
9. Kanban, Flow, and Constantly Improving
10. Becoming an Agile Coach
