Hi, I purchased Programming Perl 4th Edition directly from O'Reilly earlier this year. I noticed there was a reprint in June 2012. I'm curious if I can get a physical copy of the reprint at a reduced rate (I'd obviously love to have the reprint since it has the errata corrections).
Also, does the reprint have bleed edges denoting the various sections of the book? This is a feature that was present in the 3rd edition and greatly increased its utility as a reference book, but unfortunately missing in the 4th edition (first print) with the exception of the index. By bleed edges I mean the ink at the very edge of the pages that lets you open to a specific section by looking at the *side* of the pages. I think this is a crucial feature for a reference book!
