I’m frustrated

PMP Book - wrong edition

I recently ordered the Head First PMP book fro your website (print edition). Your website clearly mentioned that the 2016 PMP changes have been incorporated into your book. After I received the book today, something did not look right, so I called the customer service and then came to know that you guys shipped me the old version of the book. A bit of frustration and shock came cause what if I had not called and just assumed that you guys send me the correct book.
Your customer service rep I spoke to was a bit rude and instead of apologizing and understanding my frustration kept saying that I have already repeated the information 3 times and blah blah. I did not expect this from a well know published like yours. Next time I'll have to think twice before ordering anything from O'Reilly.

    I'm sorry we got our wires crossed here today, and that you didn't receive the newest update of this title. When we spoke on the phone I did understand your frustration but if that wasn't clear, again, you have my apologies.  I'm creating a replacement order for you which I will process once we have the new versions of the print book in stock (which should be in 2-3 weeks). Hopefully the eBook will suffice until we receive those and we can get it out to you. I'll follow up with the stock folks to make sure we have the corrected editions for your replacement order.
