Order stuck, no reply from O'Reilly, can't cancel

I've ordered a book from O'Reilly more than one week ago, but I get no feedback, my order shows that is awaiting shipping but there is no estimate. O'Reilly doesn't answer my emails either.

I'm not in the US, but I ordered that book directly from O'Reilly because it wasn't in stock from local retailers. Now it available here but I'm stuck because of this order, what should I do?

I could ask Visa to block it until they finally decide to reply, I've done that with another unwilling Internet store in the past and it went well, but I'd rather avoid that if there is an easier solution. It's weird that users can't cancel their orders in such situation, and that they are not even given an estimate of the deliveries, nor the stock status.
