On 17th August you charged me AU$31.52 plusAU$ 0.93 transaction fee for the order no. below. This order was cancelled. Why has my payment not been refunded to the credit card used? Please give me a satisfactory answer and action thereon. Peter Grey

As the print book was never shipped to you, your card was not charged the $10.50 USD plus any shipping that may have been charged.
The $27.99 was charged to your card for the ebook version of that title.
As you indicated in your email of 12-3-10 you wanted me to cancel the print book as it was currently backordered. I did not credit you back for the ebook as I assumed you wished to keep that product.
If I assumed wrong I apologize.
