Just bought Dynamic Learning Dreamweaver4 CS3 Video refers to files that don't exist.I see that you have those files available. Another problem is that the audio is extremely low. I have all my volumes up to their highest and still have to press earphone hard against my head to hear and then it is just a whisper. I edit videos and audio all the time and know my system is in top shape.
I asked this as a question and got no reply! Maybe as a problem it will>

I thought I'd left a reply here a few hours ago, but it's not showing up. I'll restate my earlier message to you:
1.) We owe you a major apology for making you wait 8 days for a response.
2.) The missing files are available on the book's O'Reilly based page:
At least, I'm presuming these are the ones you're missing from the book's DVD.
3.) As for the audio problem, we can send you a replacement copy if you'd like to send me your mailing address offline, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The book's editor did some troubleshooting and sent me this report:
"I just checked the Dreamweaver DVD from a random book, plucked
off the shelf down by the receptionist.
I happened to have my headphones with me (standard, low-end
Sennheiser headphones), and the audio is just fine with them.
It's a little low without them, however (using just my PowerBook's
built-in speakers). It may be that Alan just got a bad DVD or
something else hinky is going on with his system.
I listened to various points in every lesson. It is true that without
the headphones, there are a few points where the audio is
a bit low, but not anywhere near inaudible. With the headphones,
the audio is absolutely loud enough (I even had to turn it down
a little so I didn't blow my eardrums out)."
So Alan, let's try a replacement copy first, and if that doesn't wortk, we can try something else, okay?
Again, my apologies for the hassles this is causing you.
