Missing free eBook.
I downloaded a sample copy of Start Here! Learn Microsoft Visual C# 2010 by John Mueller from Amazon to my Kindle. In the beginning of the book there is a section called Free eBook Reference which offers a free copy of Start Here! Fundamentals of Microsoft .NET Programming. It says to see the instruction page at the back of the book (which of course is not available in the sample). I purchased the C# book based on the expectation I'd also get the .NET book. But there is no instruction page at the back of the book except for the $4.99 upgrade offer. Please let me know how to download my copy of the .NET ebook.

I’m
frustrated
I purchased a copy of Windows 8 inside/out by Tony Northup and it supposedly
came with a free download of a PDF eBook. I followed the instructions to sign up but I never got a query to supply my access code and when I try to sign back in I
am told my password is incorrect.
