Twice now I've submitted a book review via the link on the main book page only to have it disappear: never having showed up. When I submit the review a second time, it then shows up right away.
The most recent time I submitted a review (yesterday, for System Performance Tuning, 2nd Edition), the following web page said it was sending me an email for verification. The email I received said I was already verified and didn't need to do anything. It provided a link for me to see all my reviews on powerreviews.com, and that site shows my most recent review. But it still doesn't show up on oreilly.com.
What am I doing wrong? Is there some sort of human check that needs to occur before it shows up on the oreilly.com site, or should reviews show up instantly? Do I need to submit it again? How can I avoid this problem in the future?

It's been 3 days since I submitted the review and it's still not showing up. This is the same as what I saw last time I tried submitting a review. I had to resubmit (a lot of work with all the fields/options for reviews!) days later to get it to show up.
I can't remember if I finally resubmitted with another browser or not: my main Firefox browser has noscript blocking, though before submitting a review I unblock nearly every domain except google ones. Besides, if powerreviews.com both sends me an email and shows me my review on their web site, then it can't be a js blocker issue, that wouldn't make any sense.
So it must be something that keeps my reviews from showing up on oreilly.com. Isn't there a way O'Reilly admins can see the posted reviews and/or approve my pending one? I put nothing weird or nasty into it: no urls, profanity, etc. The only thing I can see wrong with it is it's a little long (4 paragraphs), but my other review was one third the size and it got blocked too.
What do I need to do to get my reviews reliably posted in a timely manner? It's frustrating after putting in a lot of thought and time into helping other potential readers.
Hooray! My review just showed up this morning (wasn't there yesterday). So I guess that solves that. Can someone at O'Reilly take a look at the review to see what about it warrants a 5-day delay? Or check with powerreviews to see if they are having lag issues?
