they are still in my cart and all are from wrox. They are Ebooks I rechecked.

Ah, that explains it. Ebooks published by Wrox, Wiley, Sybex, For Dummies, Visual, dpunkt, O'Reilly Verlag, and Microsoft Press Deutschland are excluded from this offer.
