login problem - ancient customer

I have been a member for years, but now I cannot login.

My password was saved by firefox, so I could have forgotten it, but I do not think I did.

I was trying Google Chrome, so I signed out of Firefox. Now I cannot get in to either.

I tried the "forgot your password" route, but never received the promised email with my password.

I get all kinds of email from you, new books lists, monthly statements, announcements, etc.
