I was able to read this book in iBooks on my iPad. However, the update to the iBooks app has made it so that I can't read the epub version of this book. The book opens and them immediately closes.
I am not having this issue with other epub books from O'Reilly. I have tried deleting and adding the book, deleting the app and installing it again. Nothing seems to work to make this book readable.
I can use the PDF, but the epub version looks and reads a lot better on the iPad.
Is it possible that there something about the format of this book that iBooks can't handle?

Did you use Dropbox to load the EPUB to your iPad? We've recently identified a bug that affects the ability to open EPUBs loaded from Dropbox in the latest version of iBooks (3.0). We are currently testing a fix, and hope to have it deployed by the end of the week.
In the meantime, could you please try downloading the EPUB directly from the Your Products page and then loading the EPUB to iBooks via iTunes, and see if that solves the problem? If not, please let us know, and we can help troubleshoot further.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and again we hope to have the fix in place ASAP.

I have verified that this is an issue with Dropbox and not the epub book nor iBooks. Thanks again for your help on resolving this issue.
Will there be an update to the Dropbox app that fixes this issue or is it an issue between the O'Reilly servers and Dropbox servers that resolves this issue?
It's an issue with how we're syncing the files from O'Reilly's servers to Dropbox. We believe we have rectified the problem and are testing our fix today before rolling it out. I expect the fix to be live by the end of the week, and will keep you posted.
Thanks again for your patience.
