Learning Path Video Page is "Authenticating..." forever

My purchased Learning Path video page is "authenticating..." forever, and I can't view and download all the videos, only the free ones. This happens on Firefox, Firefox Private Mode, but works ok on Chrome in Incognito Mode. Maybe a cookie problem, or maybe Firefox in general? Glad at least I'm not stuck!

    Hi Rob,
If it’s stuck on “Authenticating...”, check to see if you are blocking something  using the following programs: Ghostery, noScript, or AdBlock Plus. Are you on a corporate network with strict security settings?
    Any special Firewall settings?

If you are using Chrome,  you will need to allow cookies from 3rd party sites or janrain.sso.com, and it *should* work for you.

You may also try clearing cache and cookies from your browser. If none of this works, please send a screenshot of your JavaScript console from the browser to accounts@oreilly.com  so I can ask our IT staff to look at it.

Thanks for the quick reply, Tai.

I'm not using any blocking software/plugins, but I am pretty aggressive with cookies. I allow 3rd party cookies, but the browser has to ask me each time before it can set them. Sometimes I block, sometimes allow for session, and occasionally, for sites I trust and need all the time, I allow. And I always have it remember the setting for a particular domain. This is true for my Firefox profile, but not so true for Chrome.

I am on a corporate network, and there could be some restrictive settings, but usually it's not a problem. Later today, I'll try from another network and see.

I was able to get Chrome to work even without the masquerade mode, so I'm good. If I get a chance, I'll experiment a little more with FF later, but I may not get the chance. At this point, all signs point to my huge/crazy cookie policy on FF.

    Thanks again!
