javascript: the definitive guide 6th edition missing pages

I just purchased a copy of JS: the definitive guide. The first ~30 pages of the book are nowhere to be found. Instead, they are replaced by a by a 1041-1078 of the index.

    we will definitely look into that for you and get you a replacement.

    I do need to ask one thing if you can please look in the back of the book and give us the LSI print code? It will look something like this:
    23886LV00006B/16/P.

    If it does not have that information, that would also be helpful. If you can send your response to:
