IT Security book differences.

I'm looking at "Network and System Security, 2nd Edition", "Managing Information Security, 2nd Edition" and "Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure Protection". All three are by the same author. What I'd like to ask is what is the difference between these books and wouldn't they cover pretty much the same thing? Which one(s) should I get?

  • Greetings,

These books will all cover different topics, and further information on this can be found on the catalog page for these titles. Regarding which title you would want to get would depend on if the topic covered would be something you would find useful. There is information on these pages that briefly describes the topics covered to help you decide. I'm not an expert on this subject so unfortunately I wouldn't be able to advise on which title you should purchase.

If you would like to pose a question directly to the author of these titles the best way to do this would be to contact the publisher Elsevier here: I hope this helps and have a great day!

    Kind regards,
