I get about 2/3 of the way through viewing and it stops. I've also attempted to download it and I receive a network error at approximately the same point.

I do apologize that you are having difficulty downloading and viewing your video. It sounds like the video hasn't downloaded completely, and this might be the cause of it stopping at that certain point. I would suggest downloading it using another web browser.
