I have an app on my phone that won't accept the password (My Consumer Cellular).
The instructions in the book says to download it again, but I can't get to a download screen; it just goes to "open."

I'm not an expert in this, but from my experience you might have to delete the app before you can re-download it, but you might want to contact someone more knowledgeable on this that me.
