I ordered an E-book, but it's not in "Your Products"

I've spent the last 10 minutes clicking on everything. I logged out and back in, and I still can't find my order. My previous orders are in "Orders".

When I clicked on the icons below "Your Products", it just reloads the page. I don't know what the icons mean. There are no help tips, instructions, or help of any kind on the page. All I want is a .pdf.

In "Get Satisfaction", I read about how you got slammed with orders about 3 years ago. Is that what's happening?

    I'm sorry to hear that you can't see your ebook in the Your Products page. If you'll provide a little more information about your order, that would be helpful, such as order number or ebook title.

    I have heard of a problem with a version of Internet Explorer when it has Compatibility View on, where you see the basic elements of the Your Products page, but not the products themselves. Turning Compatibility View off solves that, as does trying a different browser.
