1. Shortcut bestselling sort is broken.
2. I have the AutoIt Short cut book in my media tab (from a previous order), and I've just ordered it again. I'd like to replace the 2nd 'copy' with this:
3. There should an _obvious_ 'order support' link somewhere.
4. This support form is seriously broken...
a) It couldn't find the product I ordered.
b) For the life of me, I couldn't add one of the 'suggested' products.

I just wanted to let you know that our web team has added our customer service phone numbers and email prominently on our Account and Media pages in response to your feedback.
We are also reviewing ways to make this service more intuitive.
