I’m frustrated

I can't figure out how to upgrade a registered print book to an ebook.

I can't figure out how to upgrade a registered print book to an ebook.
I have registered the book, but I can't seem to find what I need to do in order to purchase the 4.99$ ebook version.
https://members.oreilly.com/account/b... says to look for the "Ebook upgrade" button under "Upgrade discounts", but I cannot find it.
For reference, the book is "Bandit Algorithms For Website Optimization"
Cheers!

  • Hi Horia,
I've fixed that item in our database so the upgrade path should be available in a few hours, once the changes have made propagate through our systems.

To get the upgrade price for the new edition of that title, simply log into your account on oreilly.com and go to "your products". Click on a given title and expand the "+Upgrades Discounts" menu. You will see the appropriate discount advertized there. If you do not see the upgrade link, please let me know and I can fix it for you.

    Hey Paul and Tai,

I've checked the book now and the "+Upgrades Discounts" link appeared and I was able to purchase the ebook.

    Thank you for the help.
