I can't download my book

How to download my book?
I can't download this book. I tried to download this book, but download speed is very slow, and finaly, download process is canceld.
I tried to do it again and again, but I can't.
Ofcource, my network has no problem. I can browse any wed site.
Download site ( orm-oreilly-com-mm.s3.amazonaws.com ) is very slow.
