How long does an email take to get to O'Reilly's Customer Support

While getting the run-a-round on a non-working voucher that came with "6292A
Installing and Configuring Windows 7 Client" I was sent to O'Reilly Media for support. Since that initial contact with Chris Olson nothing has been done. Now I don't know if this issue is O'Reilly's or not but I do know that the ball has most recently been put in their court. It has been a week and after the one and only email from Chris no reply has been received. Has anyone else had a lack of customer support like this from O'Reilly? Who knows how or who to contact for a non-working voucher that came with a book that was sold apparently by O'Reilly?
