I’m sad, frustrated

How do you look at your listing of YOUR PRODUCTS? This portion of my account IS NOT USER FRIENDLY.

Trying to get into Your Products and there is:
All Products
Thats all it tells me; it does not give me a listing of my ebooks or books. What should I do?

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble seeing the products in your account.
    I would recommend clearing the cache on your browser, or try doing a "hard refresh" which will force a fresh version of the page to load, by holding down shift and click the refresh button on your browser.
