How do I use the access code provided with my printed book to obtain the eBook version please?

I have the printed editions of "Inside Out Windows 8.1" and "Troubleshoot and Optimize Windows 8" both of which provide an access code to download the eBook version. However, after logging into my account and registering the books there doesn't seen to be an option to use the access code. How do I do this, please?

  • Hello Richard,

I'd be happy to help. What you will please want to do is find the page your print book indicating where you can get your ebook. For example you will find this information on page 720 of the book Windows 8.1 Inside Out. On this page you will see a url which will take you to a page prompting you to enter your access code. Keep in mind the url provided is case sensitive. This should then give you access to your ebook, and there isn't a need to register your print book just follow the directions in your book. I hope this helps and have a great day!
