I’m frustrated

How can I get the DVDs promised from the TOC

who do i contact regarding missing dvds from the TOC in NYC in February? I tried customer service but they seemed disintinterested in helping. I was at the TOC & took tutorials & was told I would receive DVDs of those tutorials but so far no DVDs have been received.

    I'm very sorry that your needs were not met by us here in customer service. I am not aware of attendees of TOC receiving these DVDs free of charge. Do you have something that refers to this? I could then pass it on to the correct parties to have them follow up with you. If you could please send me more information on this issue to jason at oreilly dot com , I would be happy to assist you.

    I'm sorry that you're frustrated. You're right that we should have sent you complimentary copies of the DVDs for both of the tutorials you attended (we recorded four of the eight tutorials, and anyone who attended one of those four gets a free DVD of that tutorial -- and enjoys the 50% conference attendee discount for the remaining DVDs).

    I've confirmed we have your mailing address on file, and will work with the right folks to make sure you get them.

    Again, I'm sorry you're frustrated, and do thank you for letting us know about the problem.
