How Linux Works, 2nd Ed, ISBN-13: 978-1593275679, mobi version: No Table of Contents of *any* sort

Book is "How Linux Works: What Every Superuser Should Know, 2nd Edition", ISBN-13: 978-1593275679.

The flawed version is the MOBI, MD5=c44d4063e2580f87d52afefab8749b7a.

This has NO Table of Contents. No bookmark ToC, and no inline ToC either. Nothing.

The EPUB version has a bookmark ToC, but no inline ToC. That's a glitch and it appears to be normal for O'Reilly and No Starch Press. But you can still navigate within the ebook.

But the absence of BOTH is a very serious flaw, since it renders the MOBI version nearly impossible to navigate through.

What's worse, there's no way to fix this at the user level. You can edit an EPUB with Sigil to insert or fix an absent/damaged ToC, but there's no tool available that will edit a MOBI. This has to be done by the *vendor*, or the MOBI ebook is essentially useless.

Please fix this ASAP. Thanks.
