Great customer service.

An agent named Deborah answered my call quickly. I told her that I was less than satisfied with a book I'd ordered; the font was too small. She immediately proposed a couple of solutions: to refund my money or provide me with an eBook -- exactly what I was hoping for. She resolved my problem in no time at all. The whole while she was pleasant without going so far as to ask, "and how are we today?"
