I have bought one of Wrox e-books from your website and I expected to be able downloaded it in PDF or eBook format, as it was noted before purchase, and also in many places on your website. Instead I got e-mail from wiley.com that I must download “VirtualSource Bookshelf”. The Wiley Customer Service confirmed that the book can be read only through that book reader. Since I do not want another e-book reader on my commuter, without downloading it, I asked for refund. Instead I got additional charged for $1.00. I hope I will get my money back but it takes lot's of time and writing to get it back.
But I still do not understand while the information from your website is so misleading?
