The Code Samples page for Regular Expressions Cookbook 2nd Edition, at http://examples.oreilly.com/063692002... has been messed up in the character encoding, there are many unreadable characters, for example under section 2.4. It looks like you converted to utf-8 twice.
By the way, encoding errors are quite common on your site, for example in the errata submissions. It looks like many of your people are not really familiar with this stuff.
