Email for data verification from roster

Filemaker Pro 13 e-mail question:
I have a list of member (active and inactive). I want to get an update of their current address, phone and other contact info. Want to include data we have as they might not remember making a change. How do I create a mass e-mail with the appropriate data fields to send BCC/

THANKS

  • Hello Ian,

Unfortunately I can offer support on Filemaker Pro 13, but I found this page that I hope you might find useful: http://fmforums.com/forum/. I hope this helps and have a great day!

  • I’m truly vexed
Sorry: it is Filemaker Pro 13. I called FM Support and we tried to go through the creation of a sub-summary report using the "wizard." Name and address stuff should be sorted by Status (Active, Inactive, Volunteer). When I "run it, no cigar: no sub-summary at all.

When I look at the table in list view, it shows the total records and indicates "sorted" but it is not.

I will try to design the thing as a Computer Form, create some grouping and then try to do a preview and send the results out as a PDF.

Before retirement, was really good at Paradox, then Delphi. This is truly frustration personified!!!
