eBook not being sent to Dropbox

I have requested my eBook (User Story Mapping) to be sent to my dropbox multiple times, but I haven't received it yet. I have other O'Really books that got sent.

    Hi Merezano,
    Do you have your dropbox settings configured to send over PDF files? If not, then the sync request wouldn't process because at this time only a PDF format is available for this title.
