E-books selected and paid for-now where's the access?

The purchased titles were acquired for the university. In that situation, what is the difference between the options "Send e-book" and "PDF" in the Your Product section of my Account?

What are the options for access providers for these titles if we choose not to load on our secure server? Ebrary?

    Hi Susan,
    When you select "Send Ebook" , you are requesting that the title be sent to the option (Google Drive, Kindle, etc). When you click on the PDF, you are selecting the option to download the file to whichever device you are on at the time.

    If these titles are meant to be added to a secure server, with multiple people accessing them at the same time, we would request that you contact our corporate sales manager, Leslie Crandell at lcrandell@oreilly.com or 1-707-827-7073 to inquire about a site license (if you have not already gone through this process.)
