I’m frustrated

Dropbox sync not consistent

The Sync Ebooks to Dropbox doesn't seem to be working correctly. When I select the Sync button I get the two popups ("Sync request submitted!", "Sync request processing!") but when I go and review the files, it's clear that the sync did not complete successfully. If I go to the individual books listed in "Your Products" and sync individually, it does sync the individual book.

Is anyone else seeing this behavior?

Can someone from O'Reilly contact me regarding this?
