I’m slightly annoyed

Download to Kindle sends two copies of book

When I get updates or new books and use Download to Kindle on the ebook screen, I get two popups and two copies of book sent ... even though I click once. (I've been using a mouse for 25 years now, so I do know the difference!)

Problem happens on Chrome ... both Linux and Windows versions.

    Hi Craig,
That usually happens because you already have the Kindle delivery set up, and then manually select the option to send to kindle once you've bought a new title. Since your account is configured to send a newly purchased Ebook to your Kindle account at the time of purchase you shouldn't need to manually send one over by selecting the "Send to Kindle" option.

    Cheers,
    Tai H.

  • Oh I get it. What was confusing me ... I would get a new book, then go to the account screen and manually download it. TWO popups would come up for each book when I did this. When I received the two copies of the book on my Kindle, I thought it was related to the two popups.

Thanks for the prompt reply! Awesome customer service is partly why I keep coming back to y'all.
