Hi. The Open Government book looks excellent. I was thinking of the possibility of O'Reilly setting up a mechanism where a citizen can purchase a copy at cost or deep discount to be sent to an official of their national, state/provincial, or local government. I live in Spain and would love to get a copy into the hands of our President, the odd minister and the mayor of Madrid (yes, a Spanish translation would be awesome; too much to ask so soon I think).
If something like this were set up you could publish the list of recipients so that 1) no dupe copies would be sent out; 2) we could all see where and how the text has penetrated (or at least landed in theory!; perhaps having this data in public may put pressure on the official to recognize the existance of the book and its' premises).
